Taesung is interested in San Luis Potosí

The mayor of the municipality of Villa Hidalgo, Ismael Vázquez, announced that Korean executives of Taesung, a leader in the automotive industry specialized in the manufacture of harnesses, are interested in investing in this demarcation.
"This initiative represents an excellent opportunity for the inhabitants of Villa Hidalgo and demonstrates the company's interest in contributing to the welfare of the community," said Vazquez, who pointed out that during the meeting they explored investment opportunities and highlighted the benefits of the region as a strategic location.
During the visit, the mayor emphasized the importance of Villa Hidalgo as a natural route to the northeast of the country and the United States. He said that if this investment is completed, the Korean company will generate 300 jobs for the inhabitants of this area. "One of the key aspects of the proposal presented by the Korean executives was the generation of dignified employment and the commitment to social security and benefits in excess of the law for the more than 300 workers that would be hired at the plant"; he added.

Mayor Ismael Vázquez emphasized that the opening of a harness manufacturing plant would represent a significant increase in employment opportunities and growth for the community.
He detailed that in addition, the investment comes from a socially responsible company, which seeks to positively impact the region. The company's business does not require the use of water or processes that generate pollutants or deteriorate the region's air or soil.
