It is estimated that 51% of the investment was made by Sailun and 49% by the Mexican company, Tire Direct. From its strategic headquarters located in the Castro del Rio Industrial Park in the municipality of Irapuato, the company estimates the production of 600,000 tyres per year.

The governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodríguez, said it is an honor to accompany the directors of this great company of Chinese origin, who will operate under the figure of the company AZTEMA, in alliance with Tire Direct. "Its presence and operation will boost the strengthening of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and suppliers in our state," Sinhue said.
