During a meeting with state authorities at the company’s headquarters in Vienna, Austria, Melecs Querétaro CEO, Andreas Kube, highlighted the competitive advantages the state offers for the industrial sector. He explained that in addition to the initial investment of nine million dollars, from 2025 to 2027, five million dollars annually are planned for the manufacturing plant of control and lighting systems.
“And in the coming years, from 2025 to 2027, there will be another five million dollars per year. This will create over 60 jobs, and we feel very comfortable investing in Querétaro,” he pointed out.
Andreas Kube mentioned that the new jobs at the manufacturing plant are aimed at highly skilled engineers and machine operators, who are entrusted with the task of manufacturing safe and intelligent products.
The meeting also discussed the capabilities of the Austrian firm and Querétaro’s industrial ecosystem, as well as the perspectives and strategies for doing business in the state more easily.

Melecs arrived in Querétaro in 2018, and its operations have enabled it to become one of the main providers of electronics manufacturing services and harnesses for the aerospace and industrial sectors.
